Whether you use Epicor or WHI ACES / NCC, this session will walk you through how to manage your catalog lines—and introduce you to features and functions unique to your catalog type.
Why Two Sessions?
Different catalogs function in different ways within PartsWatch. To make sure the information you receive is directly applicable to your setup, we’ve split the training into two separate time slots:
Session 1: Epicor Catalog

MENU, CONTROLS, SYSTEM, CATALOG SETUP, CATALOG LINES
If the screen opens inside PartsWatch, you’re using Epicor. If it redirects to Nexpart, you’re using WHI ACES / NCC.
If you aren’t sure about what catalog you are using, please contact your customer support representative!
